​ The Retro Cocktail Hour has been on the air for 25 years, and you're invited to help us celebrate our birthday!  We're presenting the acclaimed Waitiki 7 in concert at Liberty Hall on Saturday, April 30 at 8:00pm.  Tickets for the anniversary concert are on sale at Ticketmaster and in-person at Liberty Hall.

Help us kick off the anniversary weekend by attending our cocktail party reception on Friday, April 29 at the Eldridge Hotel in downtown Lawrence. Eat, drink and dance with Retro Cocktail Hour's own Darrell Brogdon and other KPR staff as we celebrate the program's big year.

​ Hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages are included with each ticket, as well as two alcoholic drink vouchers. Guests will also be able to enjoy live music performed by local duo With a Twist. For this special event, cocktail party guests will be the first to have an opportunity to purchase a limited edition Retro Cocktail Hour tiki mug to commemorate this special year! ​But wait, there's more!  We're taking the RCH 25th anniversary show on the road for a performance at the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts in Pittsburg, KS on Sunday, May 1 at 7:00pm.
